Advisor Intelligence & Performance Platform

Help your team sell more
with less stress.

Ring Ring turns your shop’s real calls into practice for each advisor. An AI coach plays the customer, then talks the call through with them. You see the progress on the next real calls.

Your plan includes call monitoring, the AI coach, human coaches, and two live trainings each week.

“But will it work for my shop?”

Your shop is different.
Your training should fit.

Some of your customers need to keep costs down. Others need the car back for work. Ring Ring learns from your shop’s real calls and builds practice around the problems your team faces.

YOUR SHOP & MARKET

Train for the work your shop does.

Family cars, work trucks, or both. Your prices, your hours, your warranty. The practice uses your shop’s facts, so the lessons fit.

YOUR CUSTOMERS

Find out why the customer is unsure.

“Too much” can mean many things. Maybe they need help with the bill. Maybe they do not trust the repair. Practice helps your team ask and then help.

YOUR ADVISORS

Help each advisor where they need it.

One advisor needs to listen more. Another needs to ask for the sale. Ring Ring grades their real calls and builds practice around what each person needs.

How Ring Ring service advisor training works

Real call. Practice call. Coaching.
Then around again.

Ring Ring runs one closed loop for each service advisor. Call monitoring starts it with a real customer call. An AI practice call and coaching work on what that call showed. The next real calls close the loop, and the coach starts it over. Nothing gets taught once and forgotten.

Then again
A ringing phone handset01 / Real call monitoring

Ring Ring grades the call your advisor just took.

Ring Ring connects to your shop’s phone system. When a call ends, it pulls the call in, grades it, keeps it searchable, and finds the one part that needs work, like a testing fee that never got explained.

A headset with a play button02 / AI practice call

The advisor works on that exact problem with the coach.

Ring Ring builds a practice customer around what was missed. The AI coach plays the customer, pushes on price, cuts in, or doubts the repair, the way your customers do.

Speech bubbles with a check mark03 / Coaching and report card

The coach steps out of the role and talks it through.

The advisor asks why a line fell short and tries it again while it is fresh. A report card keeps the notes, so the manager sees the lesson without sitting in.

A rising chart over a phone04 / Next real calls

You see whether it stuck. So does the coach.

Ring Ring watches the next real calls for the same skill. If the lesson shows up, the coach moves to the next weak spot. If it does not, the coach builds the next practice and the loop starts again.

Back to the next real call. The loop runs on its own for each advisor.

Your shop, not a generic one.

The practice is built from your calls, your prices, and your customers. The sample scenarios in the console above are just that, samples. The coach does not know your shop until it is connected to your phones.

We connect Ring Ring to your VoIP phone system. Some phone systems need a go-between service to pass calls along, and we set that up with you. If your phones do not record calls today, we can help you set up call recording as a separate service. Every call is pulled in after it ends, analyzed, and shows up in Ring Ring.

What your team gets with Ring Ring

One plan. Everything connected.

Good training takes more than one class. Your team needs a place to practice and people to ask. Ring Ring includes all of it in one plan, $1,500 a month.

CALL MONITORING

Real calls, graded, with the next lesson attached.

Connected to your phone system. Each call is pulled in after it ends, graded, and kept searchable. Each graded call shapes that advisor’s next practice.

The calls show what needs work and give your team a way to work on it.

AI PRACTICE AND COACHING

A customer to practice with. A coach to talk it through.

New leads, repair sales, follow-up calls, upset customers. The coach plays the customer, then coaches. Ask questions. Try the line again.

Your team can learn from a mistake before it costs a sale.

REPORT CARDS AND PROGRESS

See who is improving and who needs you.

Every practice call and real call gets a report card. Progress shows from practice to real customers, and the next lesson adjusts.

You see whether the lesson is showing up when real customers call.

HUMAN COACHES AND COMMUNITY

Two live trainings each week, and people who get it.

Our coaches help your team get started and run two live trainings each week. Bring a hard call. Join advisors, managers, and owners who share what works.

Your team has real people to turn to when a shop problem has them stuck.

See the value for your shop

Four ways Ring Ring
earns its place.

Start with the two targets your team can train toward and what they are worth to your shop. Then read the balance sheet: what a shop pays for advisor training today, and what Ring Ring returns for one plan at $1,500 a month.

Two targets to train toward

One more car a day.
$100 more per repair order.

Two targets your team can train toward. Book one more car a day from the calls you already get, then sell more of the work your techs find. Change the numbers to fit your shop. These are goals, not promises.

Put your shop in the example.

Enter your car count and ARO. Then set the goals you want your team to reach.

If your shop reaches those targets

Extra sales / week

$8,750

Over four weeks

$35,000

5 extra cars / week · $750 target ARO

These are sales dollars, not profit. You still pay for parts, labor, shop costs, and Ring Ring. This shows what your goals could be worth. It is not a promise of results.

How this is calculated

50 existing cars × $100 more per order

$5,000 / week

5 extra cars × $750 target ARO

$3,750 / week

Today: 50 cars × $650 = $32,500 / week. At the targets: 55 cars × $750 = $41,250 / week. Difference: $8,750 / week.

We use the higher ARO for both your current cars and the extra cars. Each car is counted once. Your shop needs enough calls and time to do the added work. This example adds no ad spend. The four-week total covers four weeks, not a full calendar month.

What $100 more ARO can look like

The check-engine light brought them in.
The inspection found the brakes.

A customer needs testing and oxygen sensor repairs for $650. The tech also finds front brake pads worn to 1 mm. The advisor explains what the tech found. The customer agrees to a $500 brake repair, so the ticket is $1,150.

If one of five $650 tickets gets that $500 repair, the five tickets add up to $3,750. That is $750 per car, up $100. The other four tickets stay the same.

The tech found work the car needs. The advisor has to explain why it matters and ask for the sale. That is a skill your team can practice with Ring Ring.

The prices above are examples. Base each repair on what the car needs, and get the customer’s approval.

The balance sheet

What Ring Ring returns

04Advisors practice before trust is on the line. The hard call happens with the coach first, not with a real customer.Priceless
Bottom lineYour team sells more with less stress.

Sales dollars, not profit. Targets are goals, not promises. Ring Ring is one plan at $1,500 a month with everything above included. It does not replace your phone system, shop-management software, or bookkeeping.

Practice the calls your team takes each day

Every objection at the counter.
Already practiced.

Price shoppers, comebacks, warranty questions, follow-up calls nobody wants to make. The Ring Ring practice library is built from thousands of real auto repair shop calls, and it grows with every shop that joins.

Customer objections a service advisor hears every day: Why do I need testing? Just change the oil. That's more than I expected. Can it wait? You just fixed this. Is this covered? I need my car today. I brought my own parts. The other shop is cheaper. I need to talk to my spouse. I'm busy, why are you calling? What happens next?
130+practice scenarios for service advisors
4,000+real shop calls analyzed
7kinds of calls, from booking to comeback

Testing fees, repair approvals, “the other shop is cheaper,” “I need my car today,” comebacks, and the follow-up call after a declined service. Each one is a practice call with the AI coach, then a coaching conversation, then a report card.

In your plan, the practice is built from your own calls and your shop’s facts.
