I spent a lot of money on training that didn’t stick.
I bought courses and tried to teach my team myself. I used word tracks, scripts, and tips from other shop owners. We had good tools, and I cared about helping my team learn.
But a lesson in a meeting was hard to use on a real call. A customer would ask about price or question the repair. Then the team would fall back on the same habits.
I knew I needed to listen to the calls.
I hated that part of the job. My numbers told me I still had to do it. If I wanted to know where we lost a sale, I had to hear what happened.
That meant more time with call logs and reports. I had to find the problem, plan how to teach it, and help the team try again. I still had a shop to run while I did all of that.
Our customers were getting the practice round.
We could go over a script in a meeting. But too often, the first real test came when a customer called. Now there was a sale and a person’s trust on the line.
We tried to practice with each other, too. It was hard to act like a real customer and give good feedback. It was even harder to keep doing it during a busy week.
The problem was not bad training or a lack of effort. We needed a way to use the lesson, get help, and try again until the skill felt natural.
So I built Ring Ring.
I wanted my team to practice with an AI coach that could play the customer. It could cut in, worry about the bill, or ask a hard question. The advisor would have to listen and think.
When the roleplay ended, I wanted the advisor to talk with the coach. They could ask why a line did not work and try saying it another way. The report card would keep the notes after they had worked through the call.
I also wanted real calls to guide the training. Ring Ring grades those calls and uses them to build each advisor’s next day of practice. Then it tracks how they do with real customers and adjusts the lessons. I can find and review calls when I need to, without planning every lesson myself.
Your team should have real people to turn to.
That is why we include human coaches and two live trainings each week. Your team can ask for help with the problems they face in your shop.
We also have a community of advisors, managers, and owners. We learn from each other and share what works. We want to build strong teams and take good care of the people in our towns.
I built it in my shop, but it needs to fit yours.
Your customers may have different needs from mine. Your town, your work, and your team are different, too. Ring Ring is built to learn your shop and your customers. It uses that knowledge to shape the practice.
I want you to spend less time fixing the same training problems. I want your team to handle more of the day with confidence. And I want better sales skills to help your shop earn more gross profit.
Bring us a call your team struggles with. Let’s start with that problem and show you how Ring Ring can help.
